FUSION mixes or "fuses" the highest quality fresh food products from our region with traditional asian cooking techniques to produce exceptionally delicious, healthy and colorful dishes. Our specialities include sushi and dishes from Japan, Thailand, India and China. The menu also offers dishes for clients with special needs, whether vegetarian, non gluten or low carbohydrate.

FUSION's focus is the “over 25” customer and offers state of the art "mixology" at our cozy cocktail bar, a quiet, relaxing environment and stylish setting overlooking the port of Monaco.
