No Bull Cow was created by sculptor STEPHANE CIPRE for the 2005 Monacow Parade Auction to benefit the Monaco Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Monaco's Prince Albert II, the highest bidder, gave No Bull Cow to STARS ‘N’ BARS as a symbol of the close friendship between the principality and the United States.

“No-bull Cow” merges the flags of Monaco and the U.S. and is also a play on words that says that our entry is a “noble” beast that takes our Monaco-US partnership seriously and “that’s no bull!” (If you look closely,you'll also see the word "cow" is an intregal part of our favorite bovine's body)
